Acknowledgment of Country

The Hennessy Legacy Collective acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Darkinjung Country, where we live and work. We honour their enduring connection to land, waters, culture, and story.

Our Malyangapa family originates from Barkindji Country, along the Barka River and the sacred grounds of Mutawintji. Today, Darkinjung Country is our home, and we walk here with respect and gratitude.

We pay our respects to Elders past and present, whose knowledge and leadership continue to guide our work. We commit to empowering future generations to carry culture forward with strength.
